Account data (name, email, company, phone), billing information, contact lists you upload, call recordings and transcripts generated by the service, and usage analytics such as pages visited and features used.
3. How we use it
To provide and improve the service, process payments, generate AI transcriptions and summaries you request, send service notifications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. Call recordings
Recordings and transcripts belong to your workspace. They are stored encrypted, retained according to your plan settings, and deleted permanently when you delete them or close your account.
5. Sharing
We share data only with processors necessary to operate the service (cloud hosting, payment gateways, telephony carriers) under data-processing agreements, or where required by law.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role, logged, and reviewed regularly. Report vulnerabilities to [email protected].
