Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using KKHS Voice you agree to these terms with KKHS Media. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. The service
KKHS Voice provides cloud calling, AI voice agents, voice broadcasts, recordings, transcription and analytics. Features may evolve; we will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan mid-term without notice.
3. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable telecom and privacy regulations, including TRAI regulations on commercial communication and do-not-disturb registries. Spam, fraud, harassment, and calls without required consent are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
4. Billing & wallet
Usage is deducted from your prepaid wallet at the published rates plus applicable GST. Wallet credits are valid for the commitment period purchased. Unused promotional credits are non-refundable.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of contact lists, recordings and content you upload. You grant us a licence to process them solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
You may cancel anytime from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On closure, you can export your data for 30 days before deletion.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
